A new coordination can be issued at any time thereafter. If the original trustee continues to operate a repeater then he will be in violation of FCC rules part 97, section 205(c).

The FRC provides the ARRL with repeater earth coordinates for their TravelPlus CD but it is not used because most coordinators are not able to supply it.
